Terms and Conditions For Exchange for Refund

Returned merchandise must in new, unused, unworn condition and not damaged in any way. Exchanged merchandise will be eligible for a one-time exchange for another similar or higher value item. The original sales receipt should accompany the returned/exchanged merchandise. Items altered by a jeweller other than LoveSignia will not be accepted. Diamonds must be accompanied by the original laboratory grading report or a $250 fee will be charged for replacement of report.
