Most commonly, Lovesignia collect personal particulars, such as your name, email address, phone number, residential address, date of birth, official identity document details, interests for the purpose fulfilling our obligations and commitments to you.

Information are constantly use to enhance your shopping experience and our efficiency of offerings. We may use your personal data for our core business purposes including but not limited to:

In addition to the above possible purposes, we may also use personal data for purposes set out in the terms and conditions that govern our relationship with you or our customer.

Use of Personal Data for Marketing Purposes

We may use your personal data to offer you products or services, including special offers, promotions, contests or entitlements that may be of interest to you or for which you may be eligible. Such marketing messages may be sent to you in various modes including but not limited to electronic mail, direct mailers, short message service, telephone calls, facsimile and other mobile messaging services. In doing so, we will comply with the Personal Data Protection Act of Singapore (PDPA) and other applicable data protection and privacy laws that are in force.

In respect of sending telemarketing messages to your Singapore telephone number via short message service, telephone calls (voice or video), facsimile and other mobile messaging services, please be assured that we shall only do so if

• You have provided your consent in writing or other recorded form for us to do so;

• you have not indicated to us in our ongoing relationship that you do not wish to receive telemarketing messages sent to your Singapore telephone number and you have not registered that number with the National Do Not Call Registry.

We may, as part of our ongoing relationship with you, send marketing messages to you. You may at any time request that we stop contacting you for marketing purposes via selected or all modes.

Cookies and Related Technologies

Our web sites and mobile applications (“apps” or an “app”) use cookies. Lovesignia shall take reasonable measures and procedures to protect and safeguard your personal information from misuse and loss, unauthorised access, modification and disclosure. Lovesignia and its employees respect the confidentially of any personal information held by Lovesignia. 

In the event of cyber attack, unethical hacking and/or unauthorised access to personal information held by us, without Lovesignia’s permission, we shall react in accordance to the guides provided by Personal Data Protection Commission Singapore (PDPC).

Third Party Collection of Data – Google Analytics

Lovesignia may use a tool called “Google Analytics” to collect information about use of the Site. Google Analytics collects information such as how often users visit this site, what pages they visit when they do so, and what other sites they used prior to coming to this Site.
